Welcome to New Student Orientation
We are looking forward to seeing you at your CLC New Student Orientation on Thursday, June 11th, 2026* at 4:30 p.m. This orientation session will be held online via Zoom.
Below are details to help you prepare for orientation:
- This orientation session will be on Zoom, which you can access from a computer, tablet or smartphone. Please note that a laptop or desktop makes it easier to ask questions and save shared information.
- We will open the Zoom room around 4:15 p.m. and will start orientation at 4:30 p.m. If you have not used Zoom before, give yourself extra time to sign in. We will end at 6:30 p.m.
- Please use the name you registered with so we can recognize you in the chat function during the event.

Please download the Navigate360 Student app prior to joining the session to be able to check in on your day of orientation.
Keep your smartphone handy to scan our QR code to check in to the event.
- You must know your CLC student log information for check in
- If you do not scan the QR code to check in, your attendance will not be counted.
- You will be invited to complete our feedback survey at the end of the event. This is very important for our growth in the future.
The Zoom link will be shared with you via your CLC email on Wednesday, June 10th, 2026 for you to access on the day of the event (Thursday, June 11th).
